Applications
To enter the system for the first time:

1. ID# = your Social Security Number

2. PIN# = birth month and day as the default . (Example of PIN#:  April 4, 2001 = 0404).  

To begin, click on Access Online Services, Then Click Here to continue.  Click Guest Services and Online Admission Application.  Under Student Records, click Admission Application.  Follow the directions, and fill out completely (high school name, graduation month and year mandatory).  If you are applying for instate tuition rates, fill out Colorado residency information completely.  If you choose not to fill out this section, you will be charged at the out-of-state tuition rate.

After applying for admission to Colorado Northwestern Community College using Online Services, your application is sent to the Admissions Office for further processing.  A "hold" is placed on your account until the application has been reviewed.  If you are unable to register for classes due to a hold on your account, contact the Admissions and Records Office at 800-562-1105 Ext. 218.  A placement test and/or student advising may be required prior to registering for classes. 

Please allow forty eight (48) hours for processing.

To begin, click on Access Online Services. Then Click Here to Continue.  Enter your ID# and PIN# and enter.  Choose Registration, to register for your courses.  

When registering, use the section numbers for courses on the campuses and/or service area at which you plan to attend:

• Rangely - 100's

• Meeker - 200's

• Craig - 300's

• Hayden - 400's

• South Routt - 500's

• Small Business Development Center in Craig - 600's

• Strand Aviation and Grand Junction Criminal Justice - 700's

• CC online - C* (C11, C12, C21, C22)

Operating Time
The Online Services hours of operation are Monday through Saturday, 1:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., Sunday 2:00 p.m. until midnight.

The Online Services requires Colorado Northwestern Community College's Student Information System (SIS) to be online and available in order to process student information queries.  The SIS system is periodically offline for maintenance and during this time Online Services are not available.  Please check back at a later time.
