The first step in becoming a part of CNCC is to attend a S.O.A.R.
All new students are required to attend the S.O.A.R. program. During S.O.A.R. you will complete required placement exams, discuss your
degree requirements with an academic advisor, finalize your financial aid, and register for
fall semester
courses. As an added bonus, you will get the chance to meet
new friends, become familiar with the campus, and learn
about CNCC’s environment and culture.

Orientation includes a Placement test. You may be exempt
from testing, if you qualify using these scores:
