If you have graduated within the last 5 years, mail, email or fax in final high school transcripts. If you are currently enrolled in high school, we recommend you send us an official, current transcript (especially if you plan to apply for institutional scholarships) followed by a final one. Your transcripts may also include Immunization records and ACT/SAT test scores. If so, there is no need to send them separately.
- If you have taken these tests within the last five years, these scores can be used to help your advisor determine what level of math and English you are you ready for. To request these scores please visit ACT or SAT or request them from your high school.
- Have you not taken these tests or has it been more than five years? Don’t worry! We will help you schedule a placement test.
Have you completed any college level coursework at another college or through concurrent enrollment at your high school? We want to make sure and give you the credit you deserve! The same goes for if you did well on an AP or IB tests or completed alternative credits. Please order an official transcript from your college to be mailed or emailed to CNCC.
