What is Mediation?
Mediation is a process, in which an individual (Mediator), not involved in a conflict can help in the negotiation to resolve differences among individuals or a group of individuals. Mediation can be used in any conflict situation, for example conflict a roommate, instructor, or among a group of friends or strangers- just to name a few. Mediation can open up the lines of communication and help to avoid violence. Mediation also called conflict resolution.
