Equine Studies & Management

The Equine Program at Colorado Northwestern Community College accepts monetary donations along with donations of horses, tack and farm equipment. These donations allow the program to continue to expand and offer the students quality horses to further develop their riding and training skills. The program offers western riding instruction, outfitting and guiding, ranch horsemanship, and many other training classes. At Colorado Northwestern Community College we want to allow our students to experience as many different breeds and disciplines as possible, as a result, all horse breeds are welcome. Horses for donation purposes have to be sound of body and mind and can be seasoned horses or young, unbroke horses for use in the foal training and basic training classes. All donations are tax deductible. If you are interested in making a donation to the program, please contact the Foundation Director as found below. You can specify you want your donation to be specifically for the Horsemanship program.
