The U.S. Department of Labor- Bureau of Labor Statistics predicts that demand should be strong for facility managers because businesses increasingly are realizing the importance of maintaining, securing, and efficiently operating their facilities. In addition, a renewed state/national emphasis on energy efficiency & meeting LEED benchmarks for new and existing facilities indicates a strong future for individuals seeking employment in the field of energy and facilities management. |
