What is your position: Point Guard
What got you started in your sport: My dad really got me started.
Tell us about yourself: In my free time, I like to be on Facebook, talk on the phone, sleep and if I’m feeling It, I’ll play basketball.
High School Awards: Nominated McDonald’s All-American MVP last year.
Favorite motivational quote: “Talent wins games, but teamwork and intelligence win championships.” -Michael Jordan
How much do you train a day: Every day except Sunday.
What motivates you: My mom keeps me going, she reminds me every day that I’m working hard and that she is very proud of me.
What advice would you give aspiring athletes: Hard work really pays off.
How long have you participated in your sport: I’ve played basketball since I was four.
What other sports did you play in high school: I ran track.
Best advice you were given: to keep working hard.
Are you planning to play your sport after graduating from CNCC: Maybe, I have not really decided yet.
Who taught you your skills: My dad.
Who is your athlete idol: Chris Paul (Professional basketball player for New Orleans)
How do you motivate your teammates: I get my teammates hyper and active.
How is your college experience so far, and how is it different from high school: My college experience is okay so far, and it’s different from high school because I’m on my own, and I’m making my own decisions.
What are your hopes for the team this year: To make it to playoffs, and win it all.
What are your team strengths: Playing defense together and getting easy quick looks on offense.
