Craig projects’ budget
A record underbid for CNCC

For three projects on the Craig campus with a budget of $25 million, an apparent low bid of around 14.8 million under by Adolfson and Peterson Construction was offered. The bid has Colorado Northwestern Community Colleges Project Manager Cheryl Slaymaker astounded and talking.
The Academic Building, Career and Technical Center, and the infrastructure (everything that needs to be put in place such as waterlines, foundation, etc.) were the three projects that came so low under budget. › Continue reading
