Apply to Dental Hygiene

CNCC has two routes by which students are accepted into the Dental Hygiene Program

  • Guaranteed Admission Program (GA) - students complete the majority of their course work at a CNCC campus. More information can be found under the Pre-Dental Hygiene Program Pages. Application Opens: September 1st.
    • Application Deadline: March 15
    • Receive acceptance/non-acceptance letter: April 1
    • Deadline for letter of intent & deposit: April 15
    • Deadline for register for classes: May 1
  • Competitive Entry Process (CE) - students who complete their course work at another college are ranked based on three criteria: course work (completion, grades, minimum GPA), dental experience, and references. Application Opens: September 1st
    • Application Deadline: February 1st
    • Receive acceptance/non-acceptance letter: March 1
    • Deadline for letter of intent & deposit: April 1
    • If accepted, a packet of information will be sent no later than: May 15
