Pre-Health Programs

A core focus of CNCC’s Arts and Science faculty is to prepare students for a number of healthcare related fields such as Pre-Dental Hygiene, Pre-Nursing, and Pre-Medicine. Our inexpensive programs are designed for students who are interested in studying the health sciences but want to start this journey at a community college.  Our plans of study will help pre-Health students complete their general education core course requirements in the Department of Arts and Sciences with engaging faculty and small class sizes.

Students can complete their nursing or dental hygiene prerequisites on campus which will give them a leg up on their application to CNCC’s competitive Dental Hygiene and Nursing programs.  Pre-Heath students will benefit from our on-sight human anatomy lab that brings senior level experiences to our freshmen and sophomores helping them prepare for these challenging programs.

CNCC has a variety of pre-Health courses that are available both on campus and online.
