Apprentices receive training and instruction to become essential members of their workplaces while earning a paycheck.

Apprentices are both students and employees. The program combines on-the-job learning with classroom instruction. Apprentices are paid for the hours worked, and at the end of the training program, have an opportunity to receive a nationally recognized certificate.
