Incident/Concerns are behaviors that include, but are not limited to, alcohol, disorderly conduct, drugs, hazing, harassment, physical violence, or other violations of the code of conduct, regulations, or rules. To submit an Incident/Concern please use the Incident Reporting Form 

 

Report an Academic Integrity Violation

Academic violations are behaviors that include, but are not limited to, cheating, plagiarism or falsifying official records related to the College. General classroom misbehavior is considered a non-academic violation. To report academic misconduct, please use the Academic Integrity Reporting Form 
 If you would like to file an appeal, please submit an Academic Appeals Form

 

Report a Grievance/Complaint

Grievance/Complaints are issues that include, but are not limited to, food services, faculty/staff complaint, finance services or facilities upkeep that is related to the College. To submit a grievance/complaint please use the Complaint Reporting Form.
Students who want to file an appeal, please submit a Student Petition Form

 

Report Concerning, Worrisome, or Threatening Behaviors

Faculty, staff, students, and guests are encouraged to report behavior that they perceive as concerning, worrisome, or threatening. Concerning behavior includes, but are not limited to, food insecurities, self-harm, homelessness, depression, or change of demeanor. To report concerning behavior please use the Coordination, Assessment, Response, and Education Reporting Form

 

Title IX

CNCC prohibits all forms of discrimination and harassment including those that violate federal and state law, or the State Board for Community Colleges and Occupational Education Board Policies BP 19-60.  The College does not discriminate on the basis of sex/gender, race, color, age, creed, national or ethnic origin, physical or mental disability, veteran status, pregnancy status, religion, genetic information, gender identity, or sexual orientation in its employment practices or educational programs and activities. Request for Accommodations

Accommodations are services that include, but are not limited to, audio books, extended time on test, use of calculator on test, or preferred seating. If you've ever had a 504, IEP, service animal, etc., and would like to continue getting accommodations; submit a request by using the Accessibility Services| Intake Application
