Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

LPN Options

A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) works under the direction of physicians and registered nurses. The CNCC Nursing Program allows a practical nursing exit point. At this point, a student has the option of exiting the program and seeking employment as an LPN, or continuing toward completion of the AAS degree. Nursing Advanced Placement Bridge Program (LPN to RN) The Bridge Program allows Licensed Practical Nurses to complete a transition course (NUR 189) and enter the second year of the AAS Nursing Program.
