Livestock and Ranch Management

The Associate of Applied Science in Livestock and Ranch Management is geared for those students who wish to enter the animal science or agriculture business industries directly after completion at CNCC.  Jobs in animal husbandry, production, ranching, feed sales, and more are options for these students. Courses in this degree program have more direct focus in agriculture and animal science classes, a high level of hands-on experience, and cumulate with a working internship.  We strive to help students find internships and to make connections that will allow them to move into the workforce. Several certificates are built into this degree that allows students to focus in on either business or animal management.  We also offer certificates that allow students a focus in the Equine Management or Equine Training fields.

Classes are offered on-site and virtual simultaneously, so students are allowed to make their education work for them. We have students on the Rangely and Craig campuses that are participating in this degree option.
